Calling All Homeschooled Kids!

Why should you sign your child up for an art class? Because art teaches so many things! Math, science, history and creativity are just a few things children learn from the visual arts. Best of all, art makes learning fun! Kidcreate's energized classes offer an exciting format for art exploration. Classes focus on art principles and introduce students to many different art materials. Our goal is to inspire and educate your child in an environment where giggles and grins are encouraged. Four class options are available to homeschool families;

• weekly studio classes
• monthly Masters in the Morning workshops
• private group weekly classes
• private group single day workshops

  Classes are held at our Eden Prairie and Woodbury Studios. Private classes can also be taught at a location of your choosing.

Upcoming Homeschool Classes-

The How-Tos of Drawing Weekly Class (5-12 years) Does your young artist love to draw? This introductory drawing class teaches kids the basic techniques and principles of drawing. We'll encourage creativity and imagination, while experimenting with a variety of drawing materials and techniques. The kids will even receive their own sketchbook to keep and draw in throughout the session! In Kidcreate's fun and supportive environment, your young artist will be eager to get drawing! Let's Paint on Canvas Weekly Class (5-12 years) Make room on your walls! Your child is going to be very proud of these masterpieces! In this popular class, the kids will paint on canvas just like a real artist! They will learn simple step-by-step painting techniques as they create colorful owls, inspirational quotes, impasto landscapes and more, all on real canvas boards. What's impasto? Masters in the Morning Workshops During the school year, we offer special classes just for you! We will learn about and be inspired by a different famous artist each class. Throughout the year we will get messy with paint, clay, watercolors and more marvelous materials. Pre-registration is required.
