A caregiver is required to register and participate in this special Parent & Me workshop. Phones are put away during class time to help maintain participant focus (except for pictures of course!)
Policies for this Parent & Me Workshop
By registering for this activity you acknowledge and agree to the following.
We use enrollment numbers for supplies planning and prep, and for staffing purposes. Parent & Me activities will run with a minimum of 3 family registrations so gather your friends for some artsy fun! If a minimum enrollment is not met, there is a chance the workshop could be cancelled. If we cancel, we offer you a 100% refund. If a workshop reaches the maximum enrollment, we may not be able to accommodate drop-in enrollments. We encourage you to pre-register to ensure that you have a spot.
Children, parents, and instructors agree to stay home if they are showing symptoms of ANY contagious illness. Attendees arriving sick will not be able to stay and will not receive any credit or refund, so we wish everyone to have a healthy season. Handwashing is required upon entry and encouraged frequently because making art is messy fun! Face masks are optional. However, Kidcreate will monitor community health and may have to reinstate a face mask requirement. By registering, attendees agree to wear a face mask if this policy is reinstated.
Instructor-led workshops require families to follow group instruction. Please note any known medical/behavioral information about your child in your registration so we can advise if we have the appropriate accommodations available during the activity. Please contact the studio if you have questions about whether the activity is right for your child as we are happy to discuss this with you. A caregiver is required to participate fully with their child and should not leave the studio without their child at any time.
Missed activities are not eligible for refunds. If you need to cancel ahead of your activity for any reason, including sickness, please review the cancellation requests information below.
Cancellations requests:
- must be received in writing and are easiest to match to your account by replying directly to your purchase confirmation email.
- 20 days before the activity start date will receive a refund after a $5 fee.
- less than 20 days before the activity start date are non-refundable and will receive a 90% credit on account for gift shop purchases only that expire Jan 3, 2025.
